The Day of Pentecost - Whitsunday

WE EXTEND A WARM WELCOME to the Reverend Derrill Crosby who will be our celebrant and preacher this morning while Fr. Chip is attending a conference at Virginia Theological Seminary.  Fr. Crosby and his wife Janice were members here several years ago.  He is retired and they live in Peterborough.  And we also welcome all our visitors! We invite all baptized Christians to the Lord’s Table.  The Nursery, which is on the lower level, is available for parents and their children. Take the stairs down, turn right, second door on the left. To learn more about the Church of Our Saviour, please complete the pew card and put it in the offering plate or give it to an usher. Please join us for coffee and fellowship in the Akerman Room (same floor) after the 8 a.m. service and in the Undercroft (lower level) following the 10 a.m. service.

WE WELCOME INTO THE HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH Noah Avery, son of Jessica and Jeffrey Lapham and Isabelle Grace, daughter of Lisa and Paul Miller.  Please join us for a reception following the 10 a.m. service in the Undercroft.

PLEASE PRAY for all those who are serving in the armed forces.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR EfM (Education for Ministry) GRADUATES Frank Manley, Linda Thomas and Jim Willis, who will receive their certificates at the 10 o’clock service today.  And a word of praise for our ongoing EfM students, Joanne Conrad, John McNeil and Joe Thomas.
